Andrew Teo
Executive Chairman

Andrew Teo, an Australian citizen, has over 26 years of experience in business management, finance and corporate management. He has extensive and diversified experience in accounting, treasury, corporate, legal and business administration across several industries, including the mining industry.

He has been with BGC Australia for over 35 years and remains a non-executive director, having previously been its chief financial officer and executive director for many years. He joined the board of Medusa Mining in February 2010, became chair in November 2013, interim chief executive in mid-2020, and managing director in March 2021.

Mr Teo holds a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is currently the Executive Chairman of INNO8 Pty Ltd as well as its Director and Shareholder.

Dominic Kam
Director, Commercial Affairs

Dominic Kam, an Australian citizen, is a graduate of Murdoch University (Western Australia), holding a Bachelor of Economics Degree, and has pursued various business ventures in diverse industries such as high voltage electrical equipment, timber, skincare, and technology since 1996.

He is currently a Director and Shareholder of INNO8 Pty Ltd where he is primarily responsible for the Business Development of Medical Technology and iOT. He is also the Managing Director of Savi Organics, a manufacturer, wholesale, and e-commerce retailer of Organic and Natural Skincare.

His experience in e-commerce and the Supply Chain Management of Online Merchandising and Brand Positioning will be quite advantageous and strategic to the company’s overall vision and direction.

Gerard M.Pillai
CEO & Chief Technology Officer

Gerard M. Pillai or ‘GP’, is a Malaysian citizen and seasoned Technopreneur with vast experience in establishing start-ups and turning around tech entities which have either been merged, acquired or moved on to becoming public listed corporations. A 2 term Councillor of PIKOM, the National ICT Association, a Deputy International Chief Judge of Asian Pacific Tech Awards (APICTA) and an adviser to various Government Agencies, he is a recognised business strategy coach for private sector businesses from Start-Ups to Public Listed Companies.

Gerard is an alumnus of Global Multinational Consultancy, Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and a United Nations-funded agency and is a Professional Technologist recognised by the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT).
